I enjoyed the cruise but am disappointed in RC for not resolving our accidental purchase of a Next Cruise certificate. It doesn’t leave me wanting to go on another RC cruise.

Overall an amazing cruise ship. As stated , only the show interruptions and the craziness at breakfast buffet put a damper on the experience.

Restaurants had great verity of food. Dinner had good choices of appetizers , entrees and deserts that would change a little bit every day by adding different choices. Dinners choices were lobster, lamb rack, ribs, different chicken, vegetarian options. For appetizers there were shrimp cocktail, escargot, soups, salads, tiny tacos and lots of other ones. Service in the main dining is outstanding. They try to read your mind to serve you even better the next day. Great ship. Has lots of fun streets and areas. We did get lost often trying to figure out what side of the ship we are at but they have maps everywhere. It gets a bit too crowded in some areas after like a show and then it is very hard to get an elevator to a different floor, you could wait for 10-15 minutes sometimes. Our 4 year old loves their adventure club day care, she was asking to go there every evening. They did different things there. They had pirate days and did lots of pirate stuff, had aliens day and some other ones. As for activities, there is mini golf, ice rink, rock climbing, different dancing activities every day. They give you a whole schedule of things that are happening every day on the ship and hours and location and you can choose what you would like. We experienced a fun parade, some salsa dance party in the open air and watched a movie on the big screen outside. They had broadway Mama Mia show, show on ice, acrobatics shows on the water, Comedy shows.

It was a wonderful experience love the cruise enjoy the food and entertainment I had an awesome time

Usually at the end of a vacation I think of things that I should have done. This was not the case this time, I was completely relaxed & completely satisfied. Job well done Royal Caribbean!

I really enjoyed my Caribbean cruise. I would suggest you but it on your bucket list!

We enjoyed our cruise tremendously and will go back again. Met the nicest people and made lifelong friends on this cruise.

Another Great Royal Caribbean Cruise, be it Large or smaller ships.. Could NOT be happier. Carnival and Norwegian are nice But R C is my preference.

Cruise was great! however I had not received the voucher from the promo which I only realized onboard. I had to call 3 times from teh ship to get this send to me and then the cruiseline did not have it registered so was trying to get a hold of to verify....what a hassle. If it was not for the exceptional service from a cruiseline employee it would have not been resolved. My biggest frustration was that has no email customer service or any email you can reach them on. I will never book with a company again that I can't contact when needed via email, calling from a cruiseship is not that easy and is costly.

Overall, lots to do, great entertainment and theirs something to do for everyone.

Love Royal Caribbean great family cruise, lots for children to do.

99% of the crew were great. Just a couple of "not so happy" crew.

I enjoyed my first cruise, the ports of calls very interesting and exciting. The crew members on the ship were exceptional. The only problem was with some of the other travelers, that were very rude, not all but some. Beware of them.

You will love it! Planning another one as we speak

Royal Caribbean is a wonderful cruise lines, the staff, entertainment, cabins, dining experience & everything else was the BEST!!

The ship is dirty and un cared for like it's going out of commission. I got food poisoning and was advise to go to medical office. Was given something for vomiting and diarrhea room charged and sent on my way nothing else was ever addressed about the bad food. Windows on balcony were so covered in salt and falling apart you couldn't lean on the rails. No cleaning of desks and rails and night. I cruised this ship when it was new. This is a far cry from that

This is a "value" level cruise experience and if you can tolerate thousands of people, you will be fine. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite, so you can have expedited boarding, access to the Concierge Club/Suite Lounge for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as well as the Coastal Kitchen for private dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

We would highly recommend Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas. Because of its massive size, it is not for everyone, but this was our second time aboard this ship and, so far, it is our favorite!

We were sad when the cruise was over. Want to be on a perpetual cruise vacation.!

It was a true luxury being on the ship. We had an absolute blast, and it had things for every age.
