I have done both mdr and specialty on Allure. Mdr is good but specialty is a step above, IMHO. Will be doing the same in 3 1/2 weeks. YAY!!!!

Shh813.. I agree. We have never had nothing but great meals in the mdr on any of our cruises. To us it’s a waste of money.

Why spend extra on specialty restaurants when food is MDR is delicious?
