The ship is dirty and un cared for like it's going out of commission. I got food poisoning and was advise to go to medical office. Was given something for vomiting and diarrhea room charged and sent on my way nothing else was ever addressed about the bad food. Windows on balcony were so covered in salt and falling apart you couldn't lean on the rails. No cleaning of desks and rails and night. I cruised this ship when it was new. This is a far cry from that

I cruised on this ship back in 2014 when it was new and spectacular. This cruise is broken and really dirty every seat cushion I saw had stains . I was afraid to sit with my skin touching. I had to cover the couch in the room with a sheet in order to sit on it. The glass on my balcony was so dirty I couldn't hardly see out of it. The rails going down any steps would leave dirt in your hands. I did see anyone cleaning the floors and decks in the middle of the night like usual. They weren't not cleaning the windows and boat at.port stops all windows had film on it. There were not even any miniature products in the stateroom bathroom. There were no top shelf liquors at the bars just liquor above the lowest so the drink package wasn't great. They acted like this ship was ending and they were just putting it in the water to make the last few dollars off it.

Balcony cabin average size. Nasty couch had to cover rubber coming off balcony glass that was dirty the furniture was really worn and only to television channels to watch the whole trip
Ship tip
Don't. Pick one of the newer ships. It seems they do better with those
Was okay the liquor in the port liquor store was very expensive no discount on 90% of liquors. The port itself was nice but don't go to Senior frogs the food is nasty and it's very expensive but if you want to see people drink and laying on tables this is the place
Shops were great willing to negotiate
It sounds like cruising and possibly traveling is not for you. You did not seem to be happy with much of anything. For someone to complain that an 11-year-old cruise ship is falling apart is ludicrous. Sometimes people get sick and it is unfortunate, but that does not mean it was food poisoning or that everything on the ship is bad
We did Allure in May. Everyone we met loved the ship as did we. Never saw any of the problems you described. We had 3 cabins for our group and they were beautiful. Maybe should stay home from now on since nothing can live up to your standards.
