Review summary
Cruise was great! however I had not received the voucher from the promo which I only realized onboard. I had to call 3 times from teh ship to get this send to me and then the cruiseline did not have it registered so was trying to get a hold of to verify....what a hassle. If it was not for the exceptional service from a cruiseline employee it would have not been resolved. My biggest frustration was that has no email customer service or any email you can reach them on. I will never book with a company again that I can't contact when needed via email, calling from a cruiseship is not that easy and is costly.Embarkation

Windjammer Cafe
This is the first time I ever felt this way however the dining room was blasting rock music so loud we could not even hear each other talk which made all people shout so it was just very noisy and not relaxing to eat there. It would be much better to have some soothing music as there is already enough noise in a large restaurant like that at least families or friends can talk.
Vintages Wine Bar
Lovely wine bar nice to be seated outside with some tapas and a bottle of wine.

very good and excellent quality dining. Staff was great food was exceptional and organic. Worth going
