Cruised plenty of times...this was disappointing . Rename the ship Bore Of The Seas Did I mention the Casino was Smokey? The pool was salt water and hurt my eyes. The diamond club was nice

We booked this trip as it was the one year anniversary of the loss of a loved one and this trip provided everything we wanted/needed. This cruise served us a different way to enjoy the Christmas festivities with all of the decorations, activities to participate in as we wanted, and lots of quiet time to rejuvenate after a very long year. Everything about the trip was great and we had a very nice Christmas vacation.

Wonderful trip with lots of great shows, food and activities. Weather was windy and overcast many days and limited some things. Holiday week was full and did feel a bit crowded on the ship. But everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Considering we paid a premium to go on an RCCL cruise, I was expecting better quality.

Overall, this is a very well run ship. Happy staff, great food, pools shows, etc. Tons of things for teens

Overall a wonderful experience. Do take meclizine or Dramamine as the seas can get rough.

The Royal Carribean Oasis Class ships are undoubtedly the best in the industry.

The travel agent, Mark, was great, he is the sweetest guy. Fabricio the attendant to our room was amazing. I did have fun overall, but the ship was way too large for me to run from one side to the other side and we missed some shows. I think I will stick to a smaller boat.

The staffs on board were very professional, hardworking, and kind too. All services (food, entertainments & activities was very funfilled. My family & I are looking forward to booking this cruise again.

Main dining at the American Icon for dinner was great. But again even though we had a dining time set, no lines. Entertainment was excellent. Would do it again on a smaller ship.

Excellent cruise. Kids sail free was good offer but many parents had no control over their children who were often screaming, running around and horseplay causing safety concerns as well without consequences.

Enjoyed cruise as usual but Royal should make a second Diamond Lounge available. One Lounge is very congested with many guests unable to find seating.

We enjoyed our cruise! It was amazing and we felt taken care of the whole time. From start to finish the whole experience was exactly what we needed.

Wasn't happy about the change in the itenery because of propulsion issues but it was still a good vacation.

Balcony room is a must, we sat out on the balcony and counted the ships we saw in the dark on the last night, it was amazing. So much to do you are never bored.

Very enjoyable, great shows and food. Ship has something for everyone. We had a great time. I recommend having a balcony, that little bit of outdoor space is nice, glass of wine, coffee, etc

Great experience booked another cruise before departing

Great cruise overall on a beautiful ship with fantastic weather. Did not enjoy the cabin layout but was not there often. Surprisingly, the food was mostly average except for last two nights in main dining room. Onboard app was not as interactive as likely possible and lacked features present in other cruise line apps. Enjoyed the itinerary with three days at sea for rest. The Perfect Day at CocoCay is phenomenal and a must-see!
