I was under the impression that we had internet access on this ship as part of the package we had paid for. I was very disappointed when I found out that this was not the case. Your advertisement is deceiving and certainly not clear that the wifi service is for the ship app only.

This was our first cruise and we loved it. Will definitely plan another one soon.

Overall, it was a great cruise. Very clean and the service was amazing. I wish there were more included options, we felt nickel and dimed most of the time. Limited options for snacks/food after 9am.

Loved this ship and we are now booked on it's sister ship The Oasis in August.

Overall was a great cruise. No regrets at all. Minor little glitches here and there happen. I don't let the small stuff upset me.

Overall trip was great. In my opinion areas of focus would be figuring out how to keep food hot in solarium and windjammer. We had a pipe break one day and water was shut down in state room (things break it is part of wear and tear) however perhaps a message blasted on the phone to communicate the information and that you may be effected with an estimated turn around time. the clients then would not be calling and waiting on phone for s long time and the staff would not have to field an exorbitant amount of calls. You do a spectacular job and are always looking to tweak some areas, kudos

This was the most relaxing and fun cruise I have had in quite some time and glad the cruising industry is back at sea. Enjoyed the port of calls, the entertainment, the food and the friends I was with. People were very pleasant, and everyone looked like they enjoyed themselves.

Our experience aboard ship was great. Again, our displeasure was with . We have used them in the past with no issues but scheduling our rooms, and trying to get all the rooms equipped with the promotion of free gratuities for two people in each room was not a pleasant experience. My wife spent hours upon hours of time trying to get this added to each reservation. This never should have happened. Just because you have confirmed paperwork does not mean that you will get everything that was promised from . What a disappointment...

Wonderful vacation. Ship was very clean & staff was great. Enjoyed shows, dinner & relaxing by the pool. Highly suggest doing Big French Key excursion in Honduras.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on Allure of the Seas! We made reservations for all of the onboard entertainment and enjoyed all of the shows throughout the week! The show Mama Mia was a superb production! The music and the DJ’s were great! The 70’s night was by far my favorite this time! We dressed up in 70’s attire and totally enjoyed ourselves! The customer service was great. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. The ship was kept very clean and there were hands sanitizing stations at the entrance to enter venue. At the buffet, your food is served to you to prevent cross contamination from passengers handling the serving spoons. My cabin was maintained very well. Our cabin steward kept it very clean.

We usually travel with other couples but this time it was just my wife and I as we entertain a lot and wanted some alone time. Turned out it was perfect. Will definitely cruise with Royal Caribbean again.

Overall another fantastic experience with Royal Caribbean.

We were double charged for one of the staterooms and the credit did not cover all the double charges. We are waiting for a US$ 428.33 credit that we were promised we will receive, but until now, nothing. I will wait one more week before I go to the consumer protection office, this is not normal, I would like someone to get back to me.

one of the worst cruises we have ever been on. i had to go to guest services every single day because something was messed up. i will never cruise on royal Caribbean again

This was our 1st cruise . Everything went smooth from parking our vehicle in the port to disembarkation . Boarding went smooth we went to get a bite to eat at the Windjammer , great food by the way looked around the ship to get our bearings then went to our stateroom and found our luggage waiting for us and met our stateroom attendant Komang great guy answered and questions we had and kept out room immaculate . The entertainment was comparable to Vegas the stage show Mamma Mia the Ice show Monopoly the comedy show was also awesome and as far as activities they were the best my wife had a great time on the Zip Line and the Flow Rider also played some mini golf and enjoyed the Jacuzzis and swimming pools . With over 4,000 guests on the ship we never had to wait for a table at the Main Dining Room which also had great food and superior service and then a stroll thru Central Park we enjoyed the sounds of the crickets at night and the birds during the day . The cruise was 8 days and we never saw the entire ship . The ports of call were awesome getting on and off the ship in the ports was easy . We are trying to decide on which cruise we want to do next , I want the Panama Canal and my wife wants Aruba .

Excellent overall. Entertainment was not as varied as previous cruises.

Used to longer cruises, but this was a great start back..was spoiled by the 50% capacity.

Very great experience. The pool deck staff and casino staff very very attentive and the main dining room staff was 5 star. Vanzyl and Placid deserve a promotion
