We were double charged for one of the staterooms and the credit did not cover all the double charges. We are waiting for a US$ 428.33 credit that we were promised we will receive, but until now, nothing. I will wait one more week before I go to the consumer protection office, this is not normal, I would like someone to get back to me.Embarkation
