Review summary

I was under the impression that we had internet access on this ship as part of the package we had paid for. I was very disappointed when I found out that this was not the case. Your advertisement is deceiving and certainly not clear that the wifi service is for the ship app only.

The food is very good and the service is excellent. We did not visit the specialty restaurants as we did not feel the need to go since the dining room was excellent. Had we been more than 6 days, we probably would have tried the specialty restaurants.

Onboard Activities

The fitness centre was excellent with a lot of equipment. The pools were crowded and the water was cool on many occasions since the water is taken directly from the ocean.

We requested a cabin change after the first night because we were awaken at 5:00 am by the crew repositioning the chairs around the pool above us on the 15th floor. We were moved to the 12th floor with a balcony on the water and that cabin was quiet.

Ship tip

Advise them that the wifi that was advertised is only to use the Royal Caribbean app and does not provide internet access. Bring along information on the ports of call since there is next to nothing provided on the ship.

We just got off that ship and we always have Internet… did you ask them why you didn’t? we have never had a problem , my husband has his own business that is the only reason we need to be in contact with the outside world but it’s always worked And we get the cheapest package….
