Overall, it was a good cruise. We had already planned our next cruise but booked a December cruise while onboard.

The main dining room was excellent. Though this cruise was held during Lent and we felt some of the meatless options to be lacking on Friday.

With the exception of our room steward, who we almost never saw, couldn't tell you his name. We asked for body lotion, which is usually in the bathroom, and we never received it. We had to ask for soap. The dispenser in the shower was labeled specifically shampoo/conditioner. We asked for a bar of soap, we got five, and body lotion which never came. But another service was excellent. We would like to mention the following crew members for the exceptional, friendly service: Josip, Carlo, and Richlin in the Rising Tide Bar. Roo in the Cruise Director Staff, Marcelle in the Diamond Lounge, Jerome, Prasanna, and Neeraj in the Main Dining Room, Cristiano the Diamond Concierge, and Yevhenia in the Solarium Cafe. The service overall was very good, but we wanted to mention these folks especially.
The airport pickup was confusing, long, and unpleasant. I hope it is better in the future. Usually, we find someone in the baggage claim area with an RCCL sign so we know you are there and they tell us where to go. This time we had to wander further and further from the baggage area until we found the transfer folks.
