Review summary

Overall trip was great. In my opinion areas of focus would be figuring out how to keep food hot in solarium and windjammer. We had a pipe break one day and water was shut down in state room (things break it is part of wear and tear) however perhaps a message blasted on the phone to communicate the information and that you may be effected with an estimated turn around time. the clients then would not be calling and waiting on phone for s long time and the staff would not have to field an exorbitant amount of calls. You do a spectacular job and are always looking to tweak some areas, kudos

Ship tip

To take advantage of all amenities of interest. Due to the size of the ship, never really seems crowded and allows all to pick from a vast array of activities and entertainment
