Our experience aboard ship was great. Again, our displeasure was with . We have used them in the past with no issues but scheduling our rooms, and trying to get all the rooms equipped with the promotion of free gratuities for two people in each room was not a pleasant experience. My wife spent hours upon hours of time trying to get this added to each reservation. This never should have happened. Just because you have confirmed paperwork does not mean that you will get everything that was promised from . What a disappointment...

Food in the main dining room was excellent. Dining in the Windjammer was good and we really enjoyed the food in the Solarium and in the Park Cafe.
Onboard Activities

Enjoyed the pool and the walking trail. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the rock-climbing wall and zip line and the wave runner.
Entertainment

The show "Mamma Mia" was outstanding and we really enjoyed the music of Pablo in the Bow and Stern. It would have been nice to be able to schedule shows and other entertainment prior to boarding the ship like you used to be able to do.

We had a party of 13 people on the cruise. We had arranged to have link all of us together for the early dining at 5:15 pm. Unfortunately they failed to do so and when we got onboard we discovered that we were booked for 8:00 pm. Jeldon Fernando, the head waiter, arranged for us to have dinner at 5:15 pm in a special dining area. We are forever grateful for his help and the help of Gabrielle and his staff in our dining area.

Cabin was clean and our attendant was excellent. The room needed additional outlets.
The port was fine but the excursion to Tulum Mayan Ruins & Beach Time arrived back to the ship about 90 minutes later than it was supposed to. The tour guide dropped us off and told us to go shopping until the next ferry was ready to leave. We were upset and late for our 5:15 pm dinner. Fortunately, Gabrielle and our dining staff accommodated us.
