Review summary

The food was not great, just okay. Not all of the pools were open making it even more difficult to find a chair. Overall did not live up to the hype. Disappointed. Unlikely to cruise with RC again

They were in a hurry - which would be fine but they forced our party to break up leaving a disabled member of the party without the luggage support needed from other members of our group

Onboard Activities

Lots of options, the the only pool with shade was closed for planned repairs on the second day of sailing - with a fully sold out cruise. No where near enough chairs or pool space as a result

Entertainment

Volume. The entertainment wasn’t the issue, the volume was. Apple Watch kept sending warnings that the volume was over 9 decibels and we were just trying to lay by the pool

Children's Programs

If anyone can explain why someone thought it would be a good idea to put programming for 12 and under at one end of the ship and 13 and up at the other that would be great. So if you have an 11 and 14 year old good luck getting them both for dinner

Service and Staff

Everyone was very kind, but it took 4 days to receive our assigned table for dinner. Not okay. Additionally, two of my three children had Apple Watches stolen from the cabins. I thought one of the kids had just misplaced his (as is not out of character) until the second one disappeared (and I am the one who put away the second one and am positive as to it’s location)

Ship Quality

Things were clean, but lackluster. No wows. Not to mention the amount of maintenance on pertinent areas for travelers in the middle of a sold our cruise seems ill timed. Wouldn’t off season make more sense?

Cabin / Stateroom

So stinking loud! Don’t book unless you plan to be up after midnight each night. Planned events from deck 8 will make relaxing impossible
