Review summary

The people in the clinic gave us conflicting information about my friend. They said she would be air-lifted to Ft. Lauderdale; we were sent to the Curacao Medical Center. They said Royal Caribbean would not abandon us. After we left the ship, never heard a peep from them! Very disappointing, considering that my friend is a Diamond Club member.

You shouldn’t blame RCCL for the misfortune of your friend getting sick and spoiling your cruise. Those are the risks one takes when booking a cruise. Sorry your friend got sick.

We found that the people in the clinic on the ship are rude, we went there just to get some Dramamine, and were treated rudely

Hope your friend is ok. I know you said it was the cruise from hell but from your ratings it looks like you were actually really enjoying it before your friend became ill.
