Second time on the Allure and it was just as enjoyable. Lots to see and do. Music and entertainment was very good. With almost full capacity on board, we never felt crowded.

Food and Dining

We were on the Allure in 2019 and I think the food was overall better, however MDR food was more than good...some things were delicious. So to those who like to complain...I guess you can complain about anything. Service was always excellent.

Cabin / Stateroom

Central Park balcony midship. Very clean and well maintained. We had plenty of storage space. You can people watch and listen to concerts in the park in the evenings.
If you don't feel the need to see the ocean from your room. These staterooms are a nice change.
Ship tip
Plan your excursions as soon as you are booked, They fill up very quickly. Plan your major shows as soon as the info is available on the app. Right now Royal Caribbean does not generally list show and activity final schedules until around one week prior to sailing.
**** The Allure's air conditioning works real good. Especially in the casino. some long sleeve warmer shirts came in real handy.
We took an island highlight tour and it revealed that there are 2 Arubas! The one everyone raves about, which seems to be a strip on one side of the island with all the luxury hotels and casinos. It's beautiful with well groomed landscapes and impressive buildings. Lovely.
But then there's the "other" Aruba. What appears to be a low income depressed 3rd world country. The roads are incredibly bad when they are even paved. Homes are small poor and very unimpressive. This is not the Aruba people rave about. So stick to the hotels.
We did the Highlights and beach tour.. This is a beautiful island. Unlike Aruba, Curacao has well maintained infrastructure. Homes are well kept regardless of their age. Mambo Beach was clean and beautiful. We had a great time.
