Review summary

Once we got on the ship, everything was wonderful. The cruise was great but what made it wonderful was the staff. They immediately made us feel at home and were great the whole journey. We feel like we made some lifelong friends on this cruise. Thank you

Embarkation

3 out of 5
The embarkation took entirely too long. Somewhat understandable due to all the Covid Protocol nonsense. We stood in line so long that I had to get a wheelchair for my wife. When we finally got to the final check in, the ship wifi was not working properly. When we finally got into the ship, everything changed to wonderful. I guess all that preliminary crap was worth it.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We didn't use the specialty restaurants as the food and dining experiences we had were special in their own right.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Excellent. There was as much or as little to do as you wanted.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
We saw "Mama Mia" one evening. The show was great but I had to leave a little early as the volume of the music was absolutely ridiculous!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Not a single person on this ship was anything but polite. kind and extremely accommodating. The cabin attendant, Marianne, was super! She was kind and caring and there was always some surprise towel animal when we came back to the stateroom in the evening, The wait staff was superb. Image and Mo both knew our names when we came back for dinner the second night-a really nice touch. All in all, we were treated like family everywhere we went on the ship.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Navigating around a ship, especially the first few days, is at best difficult however, there was always someone around to get you back on track. Once again, the staff was helpful, courteous and kind.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Overall the cabin was more than adequate. The only complaint I had,(and so did others in our group) was that the lavatory faucet went from hot to hotter. The only cold water that came out was the first few ounces when it was turned on.

Ship tip

Perservere the long lines and pains to get on the ship. When you cross the threshold to get on life becomes great!

Ports of call

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

We did not take a RC excursion however the tour we took was nice and informative. The difference in the French side and the Dutch side was amazing. The fort was fun to see.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

4 out of 5
Nice place to visit. It was fun to go to the top of the mountain and have a banana daiquiri Once again, we didn't go on a RC excursion. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and knew the history of the island very well.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

3 out of 5
If I was a 10 year old, I would have gone nuts over this place, bad weather or not. The wind blew so hard we couldn't sit on the beach much less get in the water. Not really crazy about the whole thing and would not care to use one of ny cruise days on it again. Everything on the island should have been free as a part of our cruise cost.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
That was the most organized disembarkation I ever experienced. We left our stateroom on the designated time and were on our way in about 15 or 20 minutes! Kudos!! Other cruise lines need to use this method.
