Review summary

Relaxing and enjoyable. Even with my immunodeficiencies in the midst of a pandemic, RC took all measures to make things as safe and comfortable as possible. It was just what I needed and enjoyed it more than words could say.

Embarkation

The system was down on embankment day, and all things considered it went very smoothly. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. My grandson has to get a COVID test and I needed wheelchair assistance. We separated and I got on to my room while he awaiting his rapid results, and we were all back together onboard in no time. We all watched the necessary safety video, reported in at our Muster Station within about 5 minutes. Our rooms were ready, bags had arrived, and we were unpacked and settled in well before dinner.

My grandson loved the splash area, beach entry pool, the outdoor movie, putt putt, play house on the boardwalk with the slide, and merry go round.

This was really a perfect day. There’s plenty of shaded areas or sun. Whatever works better for you. Something for all ages. The food excellent as well. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.
