Review summary

We love the simple way cruising adds to our vacations. My wife and I both agree that 3 ports of call is so much better than 4 on a 7 day cruise.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We used Uber from the South Beach Hotel we stayed at and arrived in the port at about 10:35 AM. At the curb we dropped off our luggage to the porters and headed into the building. We snaked our way around the rope barriers with no line and no waiting and met the embarkation specialist who checked us in and gave us our sea pass cards. We then walked right up to security, placed our carry-on bags on the scanner and walked through the metal detector and then walked onto the ship. Total time 15 mins from curb to ship. We ended up on Deck 5 from the gang way. First stop was the On Air Club for the first of many drinks to start our vacation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food and service was excellent.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
You can't do everything on the ship, so don't try to! The Solarium is a great place for adult only fun. It's nice to get up early and walk around the ship. For a light breakfast we would go to the Park Cafe in Central Park to sit and people watch. It was very tranquil.

Ship tip

Book shows and excursions early.
