I agree about not complaining. We have been on 3 cruises so far with a 4th booked for Feb and I’ve never had any complaints about the staff. If you treat them kindly they will go out of their way to make your stay the best that it can be. These poor people are away from their families for several moths at a time. They work ridiculous hours and have to try to please even the worst complainers. For our room attendant we always take candy and leave some each day on the desk with a note letting them know we appreciate them. We recently found out that they have to provide all of their own items, so we decided to put together a thank you bag with some different items that they would normally have to buy in port. At the end of the cruise we also leave them an extra tip.
