Had a lovely time but very disappointed about not going to Honduras an not being told until the last minute and then going to Nassau in which case if had been informed earlier I may have gone on a different cruse

Waiters and room stewards excellent.how ever your customer service staff when dealing with us were very obnoxious and just gave use the feeling of we dont want to know and was not very helpfull

Why could you not go to Honduras? We were getting off the Allure as you were getting on. We could not go to Coco Cay because of rough seas preventing us from docking. That was our last port of the cruise and up until then we had perfect weather. It was also very cold that one day so we wouldn't have enjoyed Coco Cay anyway. That ended up being a sea day for us which is ok with me. I just love cruising. However, because so cold and windy the ship was crowded everywhere you went except pool area. LOL Best embarking and disembarking we've ever had. Walked right on the ship ,no lines. And walked off the ship ,also no lines, and didn't have to go through customs. It was wonderful. Loved the Allure. By the 2nd day we knew how to get around without getting lost. The food was absolutely delicious, especially in MDR. Only went to buffet once on boarding day. Don't like buffets. Used other free venues. Park Cafe for lunch was wonderful. Great salads and prime rib sandwiches. Also some premade sandwiches and lots of desserts and great coffee and hot chocolate. All free of charge. Johnny Rockets also has a free breakfast. So many other free eats. Loved the entire cruise .

How is Coco Cay expensive? Just asking. Have been told that if you dont do the water park side that the rest is included. Have also seen alot of folks say they could not dock. We will be there a week from today and that stop was main reason for going. Starting to worry with weather and cost!?!?!?!?
