Review summary

Overall a great trip. This was our 9th cruise and for the first time no one stood out with exceptional service. The kids did have a blast in kids club and made lots of friends. Food was ok, our “go to’s” were Johnny Rockets for breakfast, went to 3 specialty restaurants 150 Central Park, Samba and Chops. Wish we tried Giovanni’s instead of 150 Central Park.

MDR servers were disorganized. Our first evening our server was swapped out after meeting him and our starters didn’t arrived until 1 hour after being seated. On another night we were celebrating my Birthday and the servers didn’t even know, my wife had to remind them (arrangements made with TA prior).

2 kids in the 6-8 program and they loved it. Went every evening. Had a great experience with Rice, Grandma and Alien. Not so much with Wonder Woman

Waiters seemed disorganized in MDR. Specialty restaurants they were better. Room steward was good

Overall very clean. Carpets in some areas need replacing i.e casino carpets

Room was 11191 and we loved it. Over looked Central Park and in the mornings we still had some sun coming in and artificial bird sounds, it was great

Ship tip

Go to deck 14 forward every evening to witness breath taking sunsets

Why even bother stopping at a port that you have to leave by 1pm. I understand there was a issue with the ship speed, they had enough notice of this that they could of altered the itinerary
