Have been on Royal Caribbean half a dozen times and this by far was the worst cruise ever. We made reservations for a specialty restaurant and the day of our reservation we were told that we could not eat there. We were told that someone booked the whole restaurant, even though we made our reservation before they did. Guess it was all about the money.

Unacceptable service. We booked our reservation in advance but they did not honor them. Instead they told us we had to change ours because someone was spending more money.
