Review summary
Ship staff are not as friendly as we are use to. There are too many guests and not enough room. You stand in line for EVERYTHING. We finally got in the buffet ONE day out of 7 because we were there as soon as it opened. Go early!! Bar staff hand you a ticket with every drink and expect you to give a tip even though your paying daily gratuities. If you don’t tip, you get bad service or poor drinks the next time.Embarkation

Too many people onboard and the staff can’t keep up. You wait in line for EVERYTHING! And the ship was only about half booked. We will be taking smaller ships from now on.
