WE WERE VERY EXCITED TO GET ON THIS SHIP, THE SHIP IS BEAUTIFUL WITH SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO. THE MOST DISAPPOINTMENT WAS WITH THE MAJORITY OF STAFF THAT WE PERSONALLY ENCOUNTERED, FOOD AND BEVERAGE!

THE BARTENDING STAFF FAILED TO PROVIDE DECENT DRINKS AND THEIR SERVICE WAS WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION OR SMILES! VERY DISAPPOINTING AS WE HAVE BEEN ON SEVERAL RC CRUISES AND THE BAR STAFF ARE TYPICALLY THE BEST, FUN STAFF TO BE AROUND. WINDJAMMER FOOD WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING!
