Review summary

I loved so many things about the cruise. The entertainment, food, and recreational activities were excellent, and every single face of staffers was friendly. The boat is massive but laid out in a very intuitive way. There is ALWAYS something enjoyable to do. The only thing I hated was how much Royal Caribbean tried to sell us. We paid so much to take the trip and we couldn't go five seconds without someone trying to sell us a watch. All in all, though, a fantastic trip.

Embarkation

Incredibly easy and fast. I loved that we could just go up to lunch as soon as we got on the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Everything I tasted was delicious. I liked that a variety of cultures were represented at the windjammer in an authentic way. The dining room food was fantastic and our waiters, Keshan, Thomas, and Carlton, were patient, hardworking rockstars.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Climbing wall was a lot of fun. The lines for the flowrider were long and slow, but I don't think that could be helped.

Entertainment

Loved DJ Scratch. The Jazz bar was amazing.

Children's Programs

I don't have children

Service and Staff

Harold treated us like we were the only people on the trip. he was funny, outgoing, and excellent at his job.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The room was spacious and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the view from the balcony. the only bad thing was that the closet doors only opened halfway on one side, and the side that opened all the way was difficult to access because of the couch. It seemed flip-flopped.

Ship tip

Study the map before you embark! We did a lot of walking before we figured things out. Do recreational activities early, before the lines are long and the sun is too hot.

Lots of people in your face trying to sell you things, and not much to explore beyond gift shops.
