Review summary

this ship is definitely huge to say the least! Lots to see & do, so many different places to eat both free and at an extra cost.

We didn't bring our 3 kids ages (14,8,3) however if your going to bring kids this would be the ship to do it on! Lots of things for kids to do- babysitting services- lots of animate throughout as in parades, shows and more.

The muster drill is sweet! No standing out in the heat! You sit in the amber theater in cool air and watch a video!

Now we went to Cozumel Mexico- great usual- lots of fun- locals are great- and bartering is on point!

Labadee Haiti- here just stay on the ship! The locals are ridiculously pushy to the point the one was grabbing at my arm to get me to come see his little stand! 10 were surrounding my husband! Honestly if they'd chill they'd sell more- my husband and I spend lots of $ on the islands because we love to bring things back for everyone and we know tourists is their main source of income. But not when I feel my life is at risk and you can't even have a second (literally) to look at things. Never again!!!

Falmouth Jamaica was great- the people selling here were pushy at times but not real bad. So we didn't mind as much. However if you go to the falls be warned the only way out is to go thru a market and that particular place is as bad as Haiti! And if they say I have a gift for you- DART!! It's a hoax! They'll say just a little tip and then ask for $20-60 for a small wooden turtle! And NO I'm NOT kidding.

But otherwise the trip was amazing!!!! If anyone has any questions on different things on the ship just ask as this could be the longest post in history if I went thru everything- but again if you want to know just ask

oh & & last thing- getting on and off a ship has NEVER been easier!! No kidding!! It's was amazing!!

Great! Lots of room!! And store your luggage under the bed! :)

Ship tip

Talk to your people at Haiti- tell them if they weren't so pushy and aggressive they'd sell lots more!

2Ohlsons..... Your experience is on point. The Haiti experience was particularly intimidating for me and Jamaica to a lesser extent but similarly unsettling. Cruising to those Ports in July 29th on Harmony of the Seas......We intend to spend the day on the ship in Haiti and skip Dunns River falls this trip. Happy you had a great time. Allure is an awesome ship! Looking forward to experiencing Harmony soon!

Food on formal nights was very good and service was top notch! Lobster night is towards the end of the cruise- I believe second to last day. We didn't go to the white party but heard many good things! The comedians were awesome and hilarious!! Must see!

Thank you for the post! Glad you had a great time! Many questions... 1. How was the food on formal nights? 2. When is lobster night? 3. Do you went to the white party? Thank you!
