Review summary
Well, my overall experience on the ship was great. I loved how big it was and the possibility of me touring the ship and finding hidden areas. The bar staff at pools needs a make over. They were unwilling to honor some of the daily specials. We know this because meeting different people they all had the same experience. We were told by one group of people that we had to go just before they closed to get the perks Why would that be? My best experience was the Chops Grill for lunch. Now they offered this discount meal on Thursday at 1pm for the price of $19 pp. Now the sides were made to perfection. The steak was like butter per my husband and my steak burger was amazing. That experience drove us to wanting to reserve dinner, which was offered at another discount price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very comfortable place to dine. They should have a sample tasting and people would go for sure. I would pay for that on land. We did not eat dinner that day just snacked because we were so full and satisfied. Anotherplace was Giovanni, Italian restaurant. Very nice also, from beginning to end. Very nice staff. Again offered on discount before cruise began, one of the First night done right offers. The ports was okay. Labadee is not worth the stop. The locals really push for you to do things with they. They even have people in the restrooms. Jamaica and Mexico great experience just tour on your own well worth it and you save money. On the ship it was not too many partys or on board activities. At least for adults it was if we only needed to do things at night. The headliner shows could be of more variety. It seems as the cruise director is stuck in the 70s, 80s, or 90s. Same things offered on Seadays. I did not like that it was too much shopping on board. Buy, buy this and that when we should have a party in the middle of the promenade. When the partys were thereit was great. The inclusive cafes were amazing. Windjammer dining was hit and miss. Some variety but the good thing was that if you did not like the themed dining hamburgers and hotdogs were always available. Main dining, very friendly staff and very comfortable. The one thing I can't get with all cruises is the formal dining. People we are on vacation not going to a prom or black tie event. With that being said we stuck with Windjammer most meals or the pool dining optons which were inclusive also. The head staff can use a few more classes in customer service but overall the state attendants and wait staff was amazingly wonderful. Again great ship just a little something is missing🤔☺

Ship tip
Please do the Nights done right options before you cruise even if you only choose 1 night. The specialty restaurants are worth the money and if you get them for a discount price do so. The cafe promenade and central park cafe great options for breakfast and lunch not so busy. Also Wipeout cafe.
