Review summary
The ship was beautiful but overwhelming. There is not enough staff to accommodate the over 6000 passengers and they are not able to give that "personal" attention we're used to. This was cruise #20 for us so we're not first time cruisers. Bigger is not always better. RC has gone over and above to build the larger, more elaborate ships, however, they have not staffed them sufficiently. The shows were disappointing because you had to have reservations to see them and they were the same shows. Not enough seating for this many passengers. Guest Services was amazing and patient. Not a day went by that there wasn't a line with questions. The ship was beautiful but service and entertainment needs work. You were always waiting in line for something and they were always running late. Very disappointed and would not recommend this ship or any of the larger ones with more than 4000 passengers.

Ship tip
Make reservations for shows immediately--as soon as you board--to avoid being shut out of the shows and be prepared to wait in long lines.
