Allure of the Seas Review

Sail Date: May 08, 2016

Reviewed: 6 months ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

Being the first cruise my husband and I have went on we did enjoy being on vacation for 7 days. The ship it's self is beautiful. You can't imagine such a sight. There was a few changes I'd suggest. The lay out of the top decks with pool area is poor. Overly packed on sea days and not enough space. We had a few cases along with other guest complaining of poor service. Also, the last evening we were made to feel as if we were being thrown off the ship with everything being shut down at a very early time. Felt like we should have been charged for 6 days rather then 7. Our family was enjoying a nice game of miniature golf shortly after 930 and was kicked off because they wanted to shut it down and refused to allow us to finish the game. I can say the shows were amazing.

Cabin / Stateroom
THE ROOMS ARE NICELY SIZED AND OUR CABIN CREW MEMBER WAS AWESOME. THE ROOM WAS KEPT CLEAN WITH FRESH TOWELS AND STUFF.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality

DID NOT CARE FOR ST. MAARTEN AT ALL. ST. THOMAS WAS AMAZING THOUGH.

Service and Staff
HIT AND MISS. OUR CABIN ATTENDANT WAS AMAZING ALONG WITH THE SERVER FOR OUR MAIN DINING ROOM TIME. HOWEVER WE DID HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH OTHER CREW MEMBERS HAVING POOR ATTITUDES.
Food and Dining
WE LIKED THE BUFFET STYLE MEALS RATHER THEN THE MAIN DINING AREA.
Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

BE READY FOR THE OVERWHELMING FEELING OF EVERYONE WANTING TO SELL YOU STUFF. FIND THE BEACH AND RELAX, THE WATER IS BEAUTIFUL.
