Review summary

This was my first cruise and we included our teenage children and a friend.

I wanted to choose a ship that would deliver lots of fun for all of us.

I was so impressed with every bit of the experience. The staff was extremely

customer service oriented, the maintenance of the ship was top notch and

the choices of food, activities and entertainment was wonderful.

I left with the feeling that the company I work for should experience this type

of customer service and learn from it. My biggest surprise was the pleasant

and polite passengers that we travelled with. Everyone from the oldest to the

youngest was very well mannered, friendly and respectful. You don't see that

anymore and I felt it was fantastic to expose my teens to that.
