This is a mid size ship and by day 5 we wished there was more to do. Also the pools are small - not at all what we were expecting. Basically a place to stand or sit on side with a drink in hand.

Just relax and have a great time! It's a nice size ship. The crew get to know you as a person because it is not a mega ship. Your definitely not just a number on Adventure of the Seas!

Had assigned early seating for dinner, My Time line to wait to get in was back all the way to elevators most nights.

I am used to having my car time dining and RC has that option too. Make reservations ahead if you can.

Yo don’t have to book shows as soon as you board great relief …….. always be very patient and nice to staff, a lot of people just being down right RUDE when there’s no need to….they work hard to please

Ask your room attendant for a printed copy of the Compass daily news. Download the app and use the calendar. Unfortunately you cannot add things like appointment at the spa or art gallery or lunch. Bring magnets to hang things on the walls -- hat, sea pass, jacket, shower cap, backpack, etc. Bring a jacket to wear as a layer.

In general, there are plenty of excursions or tours offer in port or you can book online that is essentially from the same operator that run the ship’s excursions but at a lower price. Not always, but quite often. Worth taking a look before booking any excursions.

Do not sail to New England or Canada with kids. We are young adults and we were somewhat bored, nevermind people who can't drink.
