Wonderful and caring staff from our room steward, dining wait staff, specially restaurant wait staff to the lounge staff; we felt very cared for. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants!

We had a balcony which I absolutely recommend! Perfect size for us. Our room steward made sure we were comfortable and took great care in cleaning our room.
