Very disappointing! We were suppose to have 4 stops and we only had 2. Of the 2 stops we did have one was very poorly organized and disappointing. Too much cruising and not enough stops. Never utilize that ship again. For what we did get we should receive a refund!

It was mainly all good and the food was good for the most part. Main Dining room the service was excellent but the food was just OK. Specialty restaurants and buffet was better

The pools were poor, way overcrowded and if you did not get there early you would not get a chair and could not fit into pool since it was so crowded, very disappointing.

Not enough pools for the ship, everything seemed well maintained. Unfortunately numerous times in the morning, when most want to run or walk, the ships perimeter they were cleaning the deck so it was impossible to complete a run or walk, they need to change the hours of cleaning so it does not interfere.
The things you mentioned that were disappointing could happen on any ship. According to your cruise contract, no port is guaranteed. Sorry that you did not enjoy your cruise more.
Ports are cancelled for a reason which is typically safety. I’m sure there are a lot of considerations. I know it can be disappointing but as a captain responsible for thousands of people I can’t imagine the stress of making some of those decisions. They do the best they can. I used to get upset when ports were cancelled before I considered all things. I’m on vacation so if I miss a port I haven’t been to just gives me a reason for another vacation.
