Review summary

The problem started 30 days out when I asked for a check on my table reservation. The lady on the messenger deleted my excursions. So I had to go and rebook them. But when the refunds were sent it was taken from the cruise and not the excursions. So this removed my cruise. Spent 6 hrs on the phone over. 3 days trying to get it fixed. Was l told it was good to go. Got to the post and I was not on the ship took them about 2hrs to find me and get me on the ship. Had to go to the customer service on the ship to get my drink packages put back. All was fixed but. Royal Caribbean needs to do better. And there needs to be a better system I mean this is a multi million dollar company it shouldn't have this kind of troubles. Makes me thank there a subpar cruise line. update: I did send an Email and received a response, their sorry this happened, and it will be looked into. I also received $300. in FCC. I'm guessing that made them feel better about letting us down. still debating about returning to the line well see..

Got to the port was not on the ship. Ongoing problems with the cruise that started 30 days out. Royal did fix the problem. Was not on the drink packages. Although Royal did fix it it is the point of the matter I have a cruise booked for almost 2 years and it was completely destroyed in a few minutes

Drinks were no were up to par. Frozen drinks were mixed and then the alcohol added thus making the frozen drinks in unfrozen And undrinkable. Drinks were not consistent from bar to bar. Food for the most part was good but no where up to the standard of the larger ships. The food service team were outstanding at all times...

there's some good and bad here, sometimes the food good and others it was old and tasteless. the snatch and go eggs were old and rubbery. but the cooked to order eggs outstanding if you had the time. the rest of the grab and go food was good

This place did so much for my and it may well save my loyalty. they fixed everything from the drinks to cabin. John the disembarkation officer went above and beyond in helping me get my bag back that was put on the Carnival ship ( not Royals Falt at all, it was mine and the ground transportation company.) but he treated it like it was the only problem he had. just outstanding service..

We took a aft cabin. The room seems a tad smaller but then again your on a smaller ship. Balcony was nice big and usable. The bed was a tad hard. And the room and balcony needed a few repairs.

I had same problem —I was all of a sudden being charged for my cruise again and was like how it’s been paid for a year.when I called it also took hours and hours to learn they refunded half my cruise fees for an apparent “computer glitch” I had to pay my cruise all over again and yup nothing was there because I hadn’t paid my cruise off (but it had been for over a year) I have felt the exact pain you went through —-so hard to understand why wouldn’t hey refund money that you didn’t even need refunded

Since Royal moved their land base Customer Service to outsourcing post-Covid there have been many complaints about them. Your case takes it to an extreme and I suggest posting your evidence directly to Royal's F"socialmedia"B page for some sort of contact back from upper management.
