Where to pick up transportation was confusing and staff at this point were not all helpful. Different answers.

I was also on this sailing. While the new terminal was beautiful, the outside area where one waits for the offsite shuttle buses was chaotic. Way too many people standing in the cold, wind, and rain, including myself. I hope that Royal makes one lane for passenger cars and one for shuttle buses - having 2 lanes with both types of vehicles mixed together made it difficult for the shuttle buses to arrive in a timely manner. The Adventure is my favorite ship and this was my 9th cruise on her. It was nice to board her in over 7 months and we had no problems onboard. I hope the terminal gets its parking issues ironed out soon. We are scheduled to return to the same ship and terminal tomorrow!
