Review summary

Over crowded ! Loud everywhere ! Very few quiet places ! Line ups for coffee etc. We have been on Disney, Holland America and Celebrity and were so disappointed with this ship ! And we caught Covid on board !

Main dinning room was good. Staff was awesome but… try and get a glass of lemonade or a slice of pizza after 9. You have to push your way through hoards of people and stand in line for ages

Rock climbing, mini putt, water slides were awesome. Pools over crowded

800 kids onboard. Shows weren’t great for them ! Inappropriate jokes etc.

Not what we originally picked pre Covid! Rebooked and rebooked. Somehow ended up in the tiniest room imaginable with kids in bunks over top. To see out the window, you had to crawl over the bed and under the bunks. Shower drained very slowly. Had to turn the shower off several times during shower and wait . Mouldy smell in hallway . And the noise ! Three of us with earplugs in until midnight and still could hear the jungle music .

Ship tip

Avoid this ship if you hate noise and crowds ! Approximately 4000 people aboard and one place to get a snack or glass or ice water after 9

Jungle music? Really? I’m gonna have to assume you booked a room on the deck below the pool level. So of course there is noise or I guess “jungle music” who’s fault is that? Book in summer, you get more kids….kind of a no brainer. And yes full capacity makes for lines, but a cruise is only as good as your attitude.

Have been on this ship in September for a Canada New England cruise, and it was great! Nothing what you described. Guess it just depends on what and when you book🤷‍♀️
