Review summary

- The beds were two stiff - The pillows were too hard - Johnny Rockets had terrible grill cheeses! The cheese wasn’t even melted - The room key didn’t work halfway into the trip - The elevators were way too crowded and the elevator buttons don’t light up enough so that you know it’s pressed - The announcement to give up your seat in the dining hall is very tacky - The wait staff in the dining hall need to be faster and cleaning up the tables

Service and Staff

The staff is always very polite and very professional!!! The elevator situation left much to be desired! It was always super crowded and it always took forever to go from one deck to another. We know that there was construction being done on the elevators, but that is something that really needs to be addressed with 3,500 cruisers!

Ship Quality

The windows in the dining hall for wind jammer were a bit dirty. Children are allowed to walk along the edge of the windows and it causes there to be dirt and a few foot marks from the little kids that are told to sit down. Not only are the little kids irritating, it leaves that window seal portion dirty.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was fine, but the beds were so Steph!!! We woke up every morning with a sore back and sore side. We even asked our room service person to soften the bed and he did, which made it a tiny bit better. But the beds really need to be made softer overall.

If your not eating, leave so someone else can eat and take the stairs.

That’s for the buffet area (the announcement). People eat and than will sit there for long periods of time while others are waiting to a seat to eat their meal. It’s completely professional and just a friendly reminder to be mindful of others. Also if you want a non family ship I would suggest some of the higher priced luxury cruise lines.

Yes, and shame on the people playing games for not moving in the first place. I'm sure they notice people are looking for seats.

@mark71mark - gotcha. Thanks. Sounds fair to me. Not eating, move somewhere else. Sounds like common sense.

@kwick7, yeah sometimes during peak busy meal times at the buffet area, people who are using up tables but are not eating (playing cards, dominoes, etc) are asked to enjoy that activity elsewhere on the ship for the time being. I feel it’s an acceptable etiquette request.
