Overall I think this is my last cruise with Royal Caribbean. I have sailed with them three times. First was fantastic, second was good (nothing special) and this time is just awful. I think they are going downhill and I would rather sail on Norwegian.

Food was hit or miss. Buffet food was the SAME everyday! Hard to believe that after 7 days I didn't even want to eat breakfast or lunch anymore onboard.

Cruise director was terrible! Only saw him for events otherwise he disappeared.

Singers and dancers from royal Caribbean were horrible!!! Out of sink, horrible voices, left almost every show half way through!

Some staff had huge attitudes! Asked a waiter if I could have an ingredient removed from the dinner and he said "no it comes already pre-prepared from the company", but yet the menus say everything is prepared fresh and from scratch daily.

Cabin / Stateroom

Dirty!!, balcony was all rusted, bathroom had broken shower doors and cracked mirror.
If you don't do the research to see when a ship was built and refurbished its really your own fault. If you want brand new then book a brand new ship and pay that price.
I am on adventure of the seas right now. I think the ship is immaculate. The food in the windjammer is the same but you have everything you can think of. I haven’t seen one member of staff who seemed unhappy or miserable. We have only done one show and it wasn’t that great. Overall I think the ship and trip is amazing . In my opinion the RC ships I have been on are way better than the Norwegian ship I was on .
