10th cruise. First time cruising with Royal Caribbean, last time cruising with Royal Caribbean. Very disappointed with the ship. Booked a balcony cabin and could not believe how small it was. Barely room to move around the cabin and had to climb over bed. Overall was very disappointed with the ship appearance although. Only eat in the dining room as the food in the wind jammer Cafe was extremely subpar. I will waiter Mario was amazing and requested him every night. If it wasn't for the amazing service I would have demanded my money back.

Royal Caribbean offered complementary transportation from the airport to the ship. After standing in line for two hours with my 80-year-old mother and no timeframe as to when we would be transported to the ship we took a cab for $28 for four people and was on the ship in 20 minutes. Royal Caribbean's response what do you expect for free.

Waiters were magnificent and always eager, room steward was always helpful. If it wasn't for the amazing service the cruise would have been a bust

Common areas were clean and relatively well maintained although the ship needs and upgrade

Cabin was filthy, mildewy, and if I was in a hotel I would have checked out . They had to shampoo our rug and steam clean our couch as it was filthy and state which meant us having to stay out of the cabin for half a day.

Don't book adventures of the sea it is badly in need of upgrades
Took the free transport back to the airport waited 45 minutes to get luggage off the truck Why doesn't well Caribbean rent buses that can accommodate luggage
