Review summary

Awful experience. A waste of money and our vacation time. We felt cheated of our money. There was little to no forms of entertainment or food options. The majority of food served was pre-frozen and barely to the level of a decent fast food restaurant. Will not pay for any trips on Royal Caribbean.

Onboard Activities

Hardly anything to do. We ended up having to settle for nightly Karaoke for some form of fun. The cruise line offered very little to no forms of on board entertainment.

Service and Staff

Waiters in the main dinning room ONLY were courteous, friendly, kind and provided exceptional service. The others provide average service. The housekeeping staff and guests services team weren't even adequate. Complaints of the dirty conditions of the cabin went unresolved and not even an apology offered.

Ship Quality

Our cabin was dirty, small and smelled of mildew. The entire ship had a mildew smell in the interior corridors but some areas even smelled of raw sewage.

Disgusting. Dirty, small, mildew stinch and only had TWO outlets in the entire cabin.

Ship tip

Don't do it. Find another cruise line. This ship was old and in need of a deep cleaning and renovations. I would also tell them to either save their money and do something on land or look at Carnival or any other cruise ships. Royal Caribbean also penny pinch its guests and look for ways to charge for EVERYTHING. They offer little food options and most of which is prefrozen. They had three dining areas that were included in the price of our fare. The others were all at additional costs. Ridiculous and a waste of my vacation leave.

This was not a port to visit. They shuttle us to the ship from and to the airport. No other excursions offered at this port and nothing to do near the port.

Awful. Nothing but pure madness especially when we were dropped off at the airport and left ton wait over an hour for our suitcases which they shuttled in a different van. This also happened to and from the ship.

Like the comedian said on this same cruise you are complaining about, if you are going to complain about everything stay home next time! There was plenty to do, food was good and people were nice. Maybe it was your attitude that they picked up on!
