Review summary

Nice cruise to relax, the ports of call are really nice. All the activities for kids are really good. The main pool, rock climbing and surf area is a great place be during the days at sea.

A lot of options to choose from but not that good on flavor, service was good. In the main deck almost all the people working in the Starbucks and food area need a lot of training from serving the food to showing a bit more enthusiasm, most of them treat people like they don't want to serve. I was expecting more because I have been working for many years in the service industry and everyone talks about how good the service is in cruise ships is, i din't happened for me.

The better service that we received was from housekeeping, I forgot her name but the lady that took care of the room was very helpful and the room was always perfect.

We where expecting a sofa bed but that dint happened either. Regarding the cleanliness was perfect all the times

if I was part of the F&B crew i would take a good time to make some food recipes standards and service policy or enforce the one that you already have.
