By far, this was the most disappointing vacation experience we have ever had; not just cruises.
I feel like we were totally ripped off. To be victimized on the ship and it handled in such a nonchalant way is DISTURBING, to say the least. I hope to get a formal response from you on this matter.

The main dining room for dinner was pretty good. The service from Mellino was excellent. The choices were limited.
The buffet was VERY disappointing,
I have cruised with other companies and have NEVER been charged for room service!!!
The dining options after meal times was a joke. Basically, you only offered guests PIZZA and it was horrible. I have had much better frozen pizza.
I was shocked to find out on the last day of the cruise that your bars all stocked a Cabernet from St. Marten that was not on any of the wine lists. It sold fro $7 a glass. My wife was drinking Cabernet on the ship for & days at $11 a glass. VERY deceptive/

What Onboard activities? This cruise had the most limited entertainment and activities of any cruise I have ever been on. And to make matters worse, so many had an additional fee.

Other than the main dining room, I didn't find the staff as attentive to guests as my previous cruising experiences with Norwegian & Carnival.
The final night of the cruise we attended the lack luster parade on the Royal Promenade. We were standing under the bridge. When I realized there was dancers on the bridge I backed up to see what was above me.
I was aggressively shoved by a drunken man. As I am disabled, without a chest bone, this was a serious assault. He then threaten me with additional violence. I immediately went into a shop and asked the attendant to telephone for security, I was appalled, and frightened, when she could not get through as the phone was busy, or no one was picking up. Eventually, one security personnel showed up and when I told him what had happened and pointed out the assailant, he left me there to go get back up. By the time the security crew arrived, the parade was well over and the crowds had disbursed. I filled out a report anyway knowing that it was a big waste of my time. Both my wife and I were so shaken up by this experience that we were frightened to even walk around the ship. This was handled EXTREMELY poorly and I need this incident to be addressed by RC.

The worst design of any ship I have been on. It felt more like a floating shopping mall. Walking along the Royal Promenaded was to be avoided at all cost. Every time I found myself there, a Ukrainian woman from the General Store was shouting into a PA system trying to get guest to panic buy all the junk they were selling. Another hard sell tactic by this trash merchant was to hand out raffle tickets, create a crowd situation, leave people standing around to win a junk item. Despicable!!!!
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was spacious and nice with a big balcony. Thank God. It was our refuge from the rest of the ship.

In good conscience, I could not recommend this ship to anyone.
I'm looking forward to this cruise. We had a bad year with several deaths in the family and other things. I want to move forward and have a great cruise. I hope anyone sailing soon has a great time on their holiday.
MichaelShandley, we all want to know how you were victimised. I really hope you're not going to say it's because you didn't get to the ports because of the storms. The people that live in places where people were killed or injured, or who have lost their homes, have no power, those people are victimised

Sorry you had such a bad cruise, I've sailed with RCCL in the past and had some of the best cruises ever.

Let me guess- your ports were changed because of the recent hurricane activity? At least you still got to go on vacation with some extra on board credit
