Review summary
This was our 1st time using & sailing on Royal Caribbean. The planning went very smoothly & the cruise was excellent. The service on Royal Caribbean was over the top, the entire crew was friendly & went out of their way to help you, even when you didn't need help! We only had one disappointment & that was one of our excursions was cancelled & we booked something on the pier - big mistake (but at least it was only $20 a person). The meals in the dining room were great & we met some real nice people. The buffet meals were pretty much the same each day. Entertainment was very good with a lot of variety. My husband took the All Access Tour on ship the last sailing day & learned a lot about the operation of the ship. I took the galley tour & brunch which was fun & the brunch was enough food to keep you going all day.
