The ship is beautiful and Royal Caribbean treats us like royalty. Every person on the ship was helpful and positive and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with everything from our room to the dining room to the entertainment that we enjoyed on the ship

very large ship, poorly layed out, bathrooms in cabins atrocious

We did a 2 night 'cruise to nowhere' out of Norfolk. This was really a test cruise to see how our kids, 6 & 7 would do on a boat. It was a sucess. The room had bunk beds, the kids dinner menu was great and Camp Carnival never boring to them. We are ready to try a 5 day cruise.

it was great. the fantasy was a fantastic for us. i can't think of one thing to complain about...oh one. the top deck is slippery when wet for sure. i did slip and fall my last night aboard..

It was a nice ship, although not as grand as other lines.

The ship is looking fantastic and the crew seems to have been polished as well. I wish I could say the same for the food

The Disney Wonder is still a beautiful ship and has a GREAT staff...very very friendly and happy to be working for Disney. The entertainment is FIRST CLASS!

This was my first cruise and I enjoyed it a lot. The food was good and the employees was excellent. I was really impress about the way everyone took the time learning your name. My room stayed clean and neat. Also everyone was so helpful. This will not be my last cruise.

Enjoyable cuiise but will go on a different cruise line next time. Carnival gets the basics right and provides a good trip, but fumbles on the nicer touches and really dropped the ball on two issues regarding ship facilities.

I enjoyed the ship. The entertainment was great. The difference types of food. You can go free style or reservation to eat. There was comedy which I enjoyed. the balcony cabin was spacious.You can observe the ocean and the arising sun.

Some food items were not too good. Hash Browns, pancakes,

rooms were spacious staff curitious and food excellent, overall a very good value

I did have a great trip but stopped at LA if I would have known I was going to meet a great new friend and other acquaintances...I would have planned to go to Fort Lauderdale, but I did that cruise in 2011. On other cruises I have been to they offer a very reduced rate for staying on the ship... I was expecting that...but I think they may have been fully booked. This is my second time cruising with Princess. To receive credit for cruising with the Princess line, do I always need to book through you? I have never received anything.

The ship was in excellent order but the crew seemed to be run off their feet and had little time or was it urge to interact with the passengers. The niceties of our first cruises with R.C. twenty plus years ago are all but gone. I infer since getting into the mass market, staff and crew are at minimum levels and as such their is a feeling tone of a malaise amongst the crew. No Maitre de and minimum interaction with waiter and virtually none with his assistant. Trollies were swishing ion and out like dodge em cars and although tables were top notch, there was an assembly line feeling to the experience.

The service on the boat was poor. Check in canda was a mess. The check in very unorgainized. Next, my picture was put on another mary nelson seacard and had go customer service times. I had had my picture retaken. My travel partner had her card inactive and had go curomer service to reactive the card. The room was small and linen had stain and bedspread was torn.We had ask several times for ice. The roon service was poor. We were not informed that cruise was 75 years old and over and entainerment was for that age group. Fred klatt and martini bar only good thing about the cruise.

Crews staff were all friendly, especially the one that keep our room clean. He always say \" Hello\". There were always entertainment happening. Food at the Dining place at London Dining, it was okay. I won't say it the best. There few days that I ate down there, that I was not satisfied with the meal.

The freestyle dining was great. You were able to eat at your leisure , you were not rushed. Everyone on the ship was very friendly also.

Health issues not properly addresses. Room service delivered hours after request by passenger in isolation.
