Review summary

Enjoyable cuiise but will go on a different cruise line next time. Carnival gets the basics right and provides a good trip, but fumbles on the nicer touches and really dropped the ball on two issues regarding ship facilities.

Saff was slow to react to issues regarding facilities. We reported a hot tub hot enough to scald and a broken door closer. Never did get the door closer repaired and their answer to the hot hot tub was to turn off the heater.
