Not the best

Sail Date: October 01, 2012

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Not as nice as other ships we have sailed with Carnival.

Pros: Staff was exceptional and always seemed happy.

Cons: The food was fair.

Recommends Carnival Inspiration? Yes!

Ship Quality
Whatever area we visited on the Inspiration\, it was very clean and tidy. Staff was always on top of things. I guess there was one negative\, the slider door off of the Lido deck at the rear of the ship was ALWAYS screeching and progressively had slower response time to opening.
Food and Dining
Mardi Gras dining area seems outdated\, sad and lower class. Carnivale dining room was outstanding with wonderful service. The quality of food was below average. Dining times are always convenient. Specialty options were fair\, as well.
Cabin / Stateroom
Perfect and always attended to!
Service and Staff
Really great and helpful.
Entertainment
Subpar entertainment. Lowell Sanders (comedian) adult show was very funny! Great job! The show costumes were good\, dancers good\, lead singers were awful.
