This was our first ever cruise, and we are now converted! We are already shopping for our next cruise! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

It had been over 17 years since our last cruise, and because we had such an excellent experience, we're looking forward to doing it again, but this time without our grandsons.

the cruise was relaxing. A little to loud on parts of the ship but we chose Carnival because of the kids activities. My 7 year old grandson had a great time but the literature was not clear that our 1 year old grandson would not be allowed to leave the ship. All of the activities for 2 and under were cancelled because of staff limitations so there was nothing for him to do. I know COVID is a issue but that could have been made clearer in the literature that all exempt restrictions would apply to 2 and under because they can not get vaccinated. There was no clear place to get instructions and details. We must have received 10 different instructions and when we called Customer Service to clarify it took 2 hours to get through to a person and then they did not have any information and just referred us back to the confusing policy information.

I just wanted to add that my 13 year old daughter contracted covid on this trip. We are very thankful that her symptoms didn't start until we were departing but she got very sick and she was fully vaccinated. None of her friends who she hung out with on the cruise ship got sick. 90% of passengers chose NOT to mask up. There was a false sense of security. We have been well for 3 years and she got sick just as USA lifted the mask mandate. I did see some people with sniffles and coughs boarding the ship...most were very young children who had exemptions from physicians. We also had a couple sitting directly behind us on our Cabo shore excursion coughing everywhere and parents not advising their children to cover their mouths when coughing. One little girl coughed all over the buffet. Please be mindful of others and mask up when indoors and in crowds. We had an amazing vacation but my daughter did get very sick and missed a full week of school coming back and the whole household had to wear masks in our own homes coming back.

Very disappointed. Left feeling taken advantage of. Too bad. We were loyal Carnival cruisers

Had a great time this cruise with friends. Looking forward to more cruises in the future.

Good and comfortable, Service was good. All the team members took good care.

Overall it was a great relaxing vacation at an amazing price, the food in the evening dinners was top notch but the best was the AMAZING people working and helping in every role, thank you for an AWESOME experience!

Would definitely recommend this for a quick getaway for all ages. There was plenty to choose from and various activities depending what you would like to do.

The amplifications made on this ship were excellent, especially in the pool area. Drinks: Goonbay Smash and Lime and Coconut are outstanding! They hold 70s and 80s theme parties so bring your neon tees or bell bottom jeans and get ready to dance. No need to rush to the pool area to get a lounge chair. We had plenty of chairs to choose from at noon. If you get there by 10am you may get a cabana or day bed. The Escape Room was not open on our cruise due to Covid protocols still in place. Note: NO MASKS are required on the ship if you are vaccinated. MASKS ARE REQUIRED embarking and disembarking.

It was our first cruise and we loved it. I already told some of my friends and we are making plans for another cruise soon

Overall it was a good cruise for the first one. Would have been good to know about not being able to get off the ship if you’re not vaccinated. Drinks were very expensive.

Was a good cruise. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we had been an full capacity. So lucky it was less than half capacity.

It was awesome , the staff very nice and in general the food and all the activities were excellent

This was our second cruise to mexico, the other one was on splendor so we wanted to try new ship and it was excellent great service and cleanest of ship and safe enviroment, buffet wasn't as good as splendor but this ship different variaty of free restaurants that compensiate for buffet

Let me start off by saying, this was my first cruise. I took my 5 year old with my parents. We had a blast. Zoe was treated like a princess by every single person on the ship. She loved every minute of it. Our room steward was very attentive and helpful. I wish I had written down more names because everyone was fantastic. Seriously, every single person. Couple mentions of employees who went out of their way to make things extra fun during our week for myself and Zoe are: Guru - sous chef in Lido Allyson - Club HAL Priscilla - nails Putu Agus - lido and dining room Jodi - dining room

Great cruise on Carnival Panorama! They were in a crew transition phase as those who have been aboard since the restart are leaving and a new crew is being trained and taking over. Therefore the service was a bit lacking at times but it's understandable given the situation. Overall, it was an amazing cruise on a beautiful ship and we had a great time!

Please check the recording of both my conversations with Laura. I specifically asked her if the beverage package was included in the price she quoted me at least three times and she replied yes every time. When I got onboard, I found it was not included and had to purchase it. This was the only negative of the trip. I've booked through CC five times now. Never had a problem until this one, but it's a deal-breaker as far as me booking through CC again.

This was our first Princess cruise. The ship was stunning. The Medallion was a home run for Princess. Food was decent. Staff was excellent. We will try another Princess cruise at a later date when they are nearer full capacity. Overall it was a good cruise. If you are a seafood lover you will love this cruise.
