Review summary
the cruise was relaxing. A little to loud on parts of the ship but we chose Carnival because of the kids activities. My 7 year old grandson had a great time but the literature was not clear that our 1 year old grandson would not be allowed to leave the ship. All of the activities for 2 and under were cancelled because of staff limitations so there was nothing for him to do. I know COVID is a issue but that could have been made clearer in the literature that all exempt restrictions would apply to 2 and under because they can not get vaccinated. There was no clear place to get instructions and details. We must have received 10 different instructions and when we called Customer Service to clarify it took 2 hours to get through to a person and then they did not have any information and just referred us back to the confusing policy information.Embarkation
