Did not get a drink package despite being told it was included verbally by your representative. Not likely to book through Cheap Cruises again because of that.

Please check the recording of both my conversations with Laura. I specifically asked her if the beverage package was included in the price she quoted me at least three times and she replied yes every time. When I got onboard, I found it was not included and had to purchase it. This was the only negative of the trip. I've booked through CC five times now. Never had a problem until this one, but it's a deal-breaker as far as me booking through CC again.Embarkation
