Everything was great until we got off the ship. Lady called us idiots! Not a great feeling to end a wonderful time!

Had an amazing time, with everything that is except for the kosher food, that was a disaster!. The ship did not even have the basics, (we left on a 5 day cruise, and all they showed on hand wes 5 kosher rolls, and even those werre "not available", ie, they showed on hand, but were not really on hand. Kosher food = try another ship / cruise line. Thge rest was pretty amazing. I felt bad for the assistant Matrede, who tried her best to accomodate. a rfeal gem.

It was our first cruise after cancelling 3 others due to various reasons including COVID. We had a great time but because the weather was so cold, most people spent their time indoors. So naturally we both came home with COVID. Not the cruise lines fault but just realize that the threat is still there.

We had mixed feeling about the Bliss as did many others we talked to. The Bliss has a nice lay out and has a relaxed atmosphere, but the communication and the app are poor and disappointing

We had the best time ever, even on a brief 5 day cruise. The NCL BLISS is a fantastic ship!

Holland America has videos of what to expect on a Koningsdam cruise. They make a big promotion about the music venue, which has no music most of the time. What music I heard was for the most part a big disappointment. Evening entertainment, except on 3 nights, was a TV video like you can see in your living room. Food is not what you see in the videos. A lot of cheap ingredients made to look fancy but still tasting like leftovers. The main dinning room has an extra charge for steak or lobster; otherwise it is stir fry, pasta, or casserole as a choice. One night I skipped dinner entirely because the choices in the dining room and the Lido buffet were so bad I chose to eat some sliced tomato with anchovies. By far the worse food I have ever seen on a cruise ship. For example, on the pre-cruise video you will see a Margarita Pizza with a beautiful crust, fresh basil, and mozzarella cheese cooked to perfection. The two on board pizzas I was served were inedible and consisted of a very thin disk shaped crust cooked to a hard cracker-like crust and covered with a thin film of what had been tomato but was now just a dried desiccated hard red paste and covered with cheddar cheese; not mozzarella. There was no basil fresh or dried. In summary, my life got a whole lot better once I was finally off that bait and switch excuse for an enjoyable cruise. I have had several bad cruises on Holland America and never again will we set foot on this ship.

This was my 4th cruise since August 2021 and probably my 10th cruise over all. I would say the food and its selection was the worst ever. However the Crown was great and we ate there 2 times. Main dinning selections were pretty poor. The ship was pretty but too big for us.

Skagway dine in dinner server was excellent . Mohammed server on the buffet was excellent too !

Will not go on HAL again. Found service to be subpar.

Overall the cruise was fun. Lots have changed since COVID. One surprising change is that smoking is allowed on the floor of the casino. I did not enjoy the smoky environment, it was a turn off. Not sure why that was changed.

This cruise was amazing and we are already planning our next.

Amazing staff and delicious food. It was a relaxing time for my son and I. We had a great time explaining the activities in the ship, playing games and meeting people.

It was great to be onboard with 13 other friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Our room has a broken fridge, a broken tv and broken hangers. This was very disappointing considering we upgraded to a balcony room. Our Internet that we paid a lot of money for never really worked right and it made us miss out on 2 nights of dinner and the main dining room. Disembarkation was so disorganized that there was practically a stampede the injured people because they couldn't control the crowd

One of the more fun cruises we have been on. Georgia was lovely and informative. The excusion Farm to Table had some issues, such as half of our excusion we did not do because the brewery was closed and even our guide was not aware of it.

Even though there were a few bumps along the road, I still had a good time on the cruise, and I will continue to cruise on........

Fun, relaxing, and just awesome. The energy of the cruise staff was positive and the environment was great.

For my first experience, I give it 5 stars because I enjoyed all the wonderful services, good, drinks, attention to detail throughout the ship and very professional and friendly staff throughout! I had reservations about perhaps being seasick, but it never happened. Smooth coasting all the way and that medallion sure makes such cruise a first class experience.

Booked this cruise last minute. It was a more affordable cruise than some I have been on so I adjusted my expectations based on that, but was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience! This is a beautiful ship with outstanding crew and staff!

Having cruised on many different cruise lines. Norwegian would probably be my last choice at this point. As I mentioned previously customer service was severely lacking. having to move state rooms in the middle of our cruise was less than ideal. lack of advertisement for pre-planning. Everything was very frustrating. We really had nothing to do once we got on the cruise because there was no way to enjoy our “dining package”. We could not get a time slot to comedy show, or either of the onboard performances. Staff did not want to hear our complaints. This is not a Royal Caribbean experience.
