Overall service was good, I had a incident with a waiter that got my drink order incorrect and when I told him that was not what I ordered, he yelled at me "that's what you ordered" and I told him it was not, instead of fixing the issue, he walked away with an attitude, I gave the drink to my partner, she tried to fix it by ordering another drink for me from another waiter, by then I was so upset by the way the previous waiter treated me I didn't want anything to drink

The size,comfort was good, I was not happy with my room steward, 1st issue was we never saw him the entire trip, on the second day we called him to clean our room. When we arrived back only the bed was made and towels left, cup stains and trash was left on counter, the 3rd day he called and apologized stating "sorry you guys have not seen me but I have been busy working upstairs" my partner told him when he cleans the room that day, can you please clean the dressers (stains from drinks, food) and he said ok, I have been on many cruises, and have never had a issue with my room being cleaned, every morning we always saw other stewards along our hallway, greeted by them each time but never saw our steward
